Forest Laboratories Completes Acquisition of Cerexa
ALAMEDA‚ Calif.‚ January 11‚ 2007 – Forest Laboratories Inc. (NYSE: FRX) has completed its previously announced acquisition of Cerexa Inc. for $480 million plus a potential $100 million milestone payment.
